The Autumn versus Summer Contest

The Mabudachi Trio Fanclub are hosting their 13th contest!
This time it's like nothing before! Keep reading for an exciting contest packed full of originality, an opportunity to show your artistic flare, vivid pictographic inspiration and some fantastic prizes!
After the preliminary voting, two photographs tied 1st place: Autumn and Summer, so the contest will feature both!

Contest Rules
Submit an entry inspired by either of the two photographs- Autumn or Summer
The entry must have reference to at least one Fruits Basket character, it does not have to concern a Mabudachi character if you do not wish.
The entry may be literature or visual art. If there are enough literature entries they will be given a separate entry category, otherwise they will be judged with the art.
Include in the title or description of your art which photograph you are writing about.
One photograph per entry. Don't draw/write one entry for both.
You may submit more than one entry, but can only win one prize.
Uncertain of something? Comment or note the club for clarification and we'll answer any further questions.

Submitting Entries
Ensure that your entry title starts with "Contest:" (This is important- otherwise we won't realise your work is an entry)
Click 'Submit to gallery' on our main page to submit your entry
When your entry has been received, it will appear in the designated folder in the Club Gallery
The contest deadline will be updated at a later date.

Prizes
First Prize: A bust portrait drawing from the incredible *changeweaver, an invitation to become a Contributor of the club, a feature here in the club journal.
Second Prize: A picture by the amazing ~Winterquist, a feature here in the club journal.
Third Prize: A picture by admin ~Flane-kanja, a feature here in the club journal.

The Mabudachi Trio has become an official deviant club! We are currently still sorting out administrative options, but the club is active and full of new features.
Changes:
- You will need to rejoin the club by clicking the join option on the top of our page, or by accepting an invitation from the club if you receive one (we are working our way down the members list with invitations, but we only have a limited amount at a time, and need your help to manually join the club)
- You can now suggest club faves
- You can propose your own artwork to be submitted to our gallery
- There are also opportunities for you to become a Contributor. Please see here for details and questions.

In other news, the new contest is ready to launch, we are waiting on one artist to hear back about prizes.

It's contest time! But not yet. It's still preparation time yet.
We're going to have a photograph contest, where contestants are given a photo and have to write or draw some thing fruits basket related inspired by the photo!

It's been a few months since our last contest and it's always a great way to keep the club up and running, as well as welcoming in our new members. Is there any interest in the running of another contest?
